Kyeema Support Services Inc (Kyeema) is a registered NDIS provider dedicated to empowering individuals through inclusive, high-quality, and person-driven support. We're on the lookout for an experienced administrator with a passion for continuous improvement to join our team.

About the Role

The Quality Assurance Coordinator supports the organisation to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and best practice (including NDIS requirements).

The role contributes to continuous improvement initiatives by supporting audits, analysing data, and identifying opportunities to enhance outcomes for people with disability.

The Quality Assurance Coordinator works collaboratively with staff and stakeholders to promote a culture of quality, accountability, and person-centred practice.

The position plays a key role in supporting compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements

About You

• Maintaining and enhancing Kyeema's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Coordinating the development, review, and implementation of policies, procedures, and quality frameworks.
• Supporting compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, Quality Indicators, and relevant legislation.
• Monitoring regulatory changes and assisting with organisational compliance activities.
• Coordinating internal audits and supporting external audit and accreditation processes.
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and participant outcomes.
• Providing guidance, training, and support to staff on quality, compliance, and policy requirements.
• Preparing and presenting quality and compliance information, reports, and recommendations to support organisational learning and improvement.
• Collaborating with managers and teams to promote a culture of quality, accountability, and best practice.

Desirable

• Experience working within a disability services or NDIS-registered organisation.
• Experience supporting organisations through NDIS audits or certification processes. Knowledge of risk management frameworks and incident management systems.
• Understanding of person-centred practice and safeguarding frameworks.
• Formal qualifications in disability, community services or equivalent field.
• Formal qualifications in quality auditing or willingness to undertake.
• Demonstrated ability to apply specialised knowledge and skills gained through formal qualifications and/or relevant extensive experience, with the capacity to contribute to the development, review, and improvement of work procedures while coordinating a complex function and meeting operational requirements.

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or eligibility and willingness to obtain).
• Working with Children Check (or eligibility and willingness to obtain).
• Current Driver’s Licence.
