About the role
Location: Portland, Victoria
Status: Full-Time (or Part-Time hours across 5 days aweek negotiable)
Remuneration: $38.65/hr + leave + super + non-for profitsalary packaging (tax saving benefits)

Kyeema Support Services Inc (Kyeema) is a registered NDIS provider seeking a proactive and organised FinanceOfficer to support our customer-focused Finance team. In this role, you’llassist with payroll, accounts payable and receivable, data entry, reporting andgeneral Finance admin, all within a values-led, inclusive workplace.
Key Responsiblities
- Process payroll, PAYG, superannuation, and salary sacrifice.
- Enter and maintain accurate financial data across accounting and CMS systems
- Process supplier invoices, reimbursements, and credit notes.
- Maintain supplier records, reconcile statements, and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate invoices across multiple funding streams.
- Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up overdue payments.
- Maintain debtor records and support cashflow accuracy.
- Assist with journals, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting documentation.
- Contribute to variance analysis and data accuracy.
Key Selection Criteria
About You
- Previous experience in finance administration or similar roles
- Abilitity to work independently and collaboratively, using initiative and sound judgetment
- Strong administrative and financial processing skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to interpret and apply procedures, guidelines, and funding rules
- Experience in finance administration or similar roles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitve information
- Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, and other required checks
Desirable
- Certificate III/IV in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent experience
- Experience in payroll, accounts payable/receivable, or finance administration
- Proficiency with Xero
- Experience with accounting software and CMS platform
- Knowledge of NDIS, TAC, DFFH, or similar funding environments
