Kyeema Support Services Inc (Kyeema) is a registered NDIS provider seeking a proactive and organised Human Resources Assistant to support our customer-focused HR team.
In this role you'll assist with recruitment, onboarding, compliance tracking, training coordination, and general HR admin - All within a values-led, inclusive workplace.
Key Responsiblities
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR systems
- Track training and compliance requirements
- Support payroll and general HR admin
- Respond to employee enquiries and support engagement initiatives
About You
- Previous HR/admin experience
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Formal qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar field (desirable)
- Understanding of HR processes and employment legislation (desirable)

Kyeema supports over 220 individuals and their families across the Glenelg Shire with One-on-One support 7 days a week in the community and at home, group based activities weekdays, after hours and weekends and employment support. All with an emphasis on health, well-being, fun and getting the most out of life.
