Human Resources Assistant - Permanent Full/Part-Time position

Location: Portland, Victoria

Status: Full-Time (or Part-Time hours across 5 days a week negotiable)

Remuneration: $34.58/hr + Leave + Super + Not-For-Profit Salary Packaging (Tax-saving Benefits)

Kyeema Support Services Inc (Kyeema) is a registered NDIS provider seeking a proactive and organised Human Resources Assistant to support our customer-focused HR team.

In this role you'll assist with recruitment, onboarding, compliance tracking, training coordination, and general HR admin - All within a values-led, inclusive workplace.

Key Responsiblities

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems
  • Track training and compliance requirements
  • Support payroll and general HR admin
  • Respond to employee enquiries and support engagement initiatives

About You

  • Previous HR/admin experience
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Formal qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar field (desirable)
  • Understanding of HR processes and employment legislation (desirable)
