Daniel Joined Kyeema in 2023 and loves his role as the operations manager of Seawinds Nursery. Daniel has a passion for the nature, community, and support work. Daniel comes from a background which includes community services, mental health, alcohol and other drugs, counselling, comorbidity and complex care, and has years of experience working in the nursery industry.

Daniel brings a warm and approachable leadership style that supports both his team and community. He has 20 years’ experience in varying management and leadership roles, where he values connection, growth, wellbeing, and inclusive practice.
