David Maclean

David has been with Kyeema for over 20 years, starting as a casual working in our Community Based programs - he has now been leading Kyeema's Windward Industries, and Green Fingers Gardening teams for over 10.

With a passion to assist his supported employees to develop and maintain their independence and skills - he enjoys seeing his team accomplish tasks they often didn't think they could.

David has a very hands-on management style, he wouldn't ask someone to do anything he wouldn't do himself and loves working alongside the supported employees in the teams he supports.
