Nikki Edwards

Nikki has over 30 years’ experience in the health industry, driving person-centred, evidence-based care across community and disability services. Currently a Team Leader – Southern Services at Novita in Adelaide, she leads multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality supports that promote inclusion and independence.

A former Portland resident, Nikki has seen firsthand Kyeema’s impact in empowering people of all abilities and is passionate about giving back to the community. She brings strong governance experience through board roles with Bayview College and United Way Glenelg, and a deep commitment to improving health and wellbeing outcomes for all.
