With over 25 years’ corporate experience across Global and local markets, as an Executive and Senior leader within various industries, Sharn’s expertise resides in Marketing, Leadership and Human Resource Management. A commercially astute and strategic operator, Sharn is passionate about supporting people, communities and organisations to change, develop, transform and thrive.
Sharn has a Bachelor of Business in Economics and Marketing, Master of Business Administration in HR & Management, Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), Diploma in Positive Psychology and is a practicing coach accredited by International Coaching Federation.
Sharn has two adult children aged 27 and 25 years, and resides in Melbourne along with her 4 year old Bichon Frise.
Sharn is personally passionate about empowering people - especially women, young adults, multicultural communities, aged care, neurodivergent and differently abled. This has been her driving motivation to join the Kyeema Board and Governance Committee in 2025.
